1. 运营主体与适用范围
Filestead 由 北京安冬到来科技有限公司（网站品牌：addlai.com，以下称“我们”）提供。本政策适用于 Filestead iOS 应用及与该应用相关的支持服务。
2. 应用处理的数据
- 您导入的内容：文档、照片、扫描件、标题、标签、分类、到期日期、OCR 文本及其他由您填写或由应用在设备上提取的元数据。
- 应用设置：引导完成状态、同步开关、提醒设置、应用锁设置和购买解锁状态等必要偏好。
- 购买信息：Apple StoreKit 向应用提供购买和恢复结果。我们不接收您的完整付款卡号。
- 支持信息：当您主动发送支持邮件时，我们会收到您的邮箱地址、邮件正文和您选择附加的材料。
我们不通过 Filestead 收集广告标识符、精确位置、通讯录、浏览历史，也不出售个人信息。
3. 数据存储与处理方式
文档、缩略图、OCR 文字和资料库元数据默认保存在您的设备及应用容器内。OCR、自动分类和智能字段提取在设备上执行，不会为了这些功能上传至我们的服务器。
如果您主动启用 iCloud 同步，Filestead 会在设备上加密文档和元数据后，将密文保存到您的 Apple iCloud 私有数据库。加密密钥保存在 Apple 钥匙串中；恢复代码由您自行保管。iCloud 服务由 Apple 根据其条款与隐私政策提供。
Filestead 不运营用于接收您文档内容的自有云端服务器。
4. 系统权限
- 相机：仅在您拍摄或扫描文档时使用。
- 照片与文件：仅访问您主动选择导入的项目，以及您主动导出或恢复的备份。
- Face ID / Touch ID / 设备密码：系统只向应用返回认证是否成功；应用无法读取或保存生物识别数据。
- 通知：用于您设置的文档到期提醒，可在系统设置中随时关闭。
- iCloud：仅在您启用同步后用于加密资料库同步。
5. 数据共享
我们不会出售或出租您的数据。为实现您选择的功能，Apple 可能处理与 iCloud、StoreKit、系统通知和系统身份验证有关的数据。除法律要求、保护合法权益或经您明确指示外，我们不会向其他第三方披露您的信息。
6. 保留、删除与安全
本地资料通常保留到您在应用内删除它或卸载应用。启用同步后，加密记录可能继续存在于您的 iCloud 中，直到您通过应用或 Apple 提供的 iCloud 存储管理功能删除。支持邮件会在处理请求和履行必要法律义务所需的期间内保留。
我们采用设备文件保护、客户端加密和 Apple 提供的安全机制，但任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。请妥善保管设备密码、备份密码与 Filestead 恢复代码。
7. 儿童隐私与国际处理
Filestead 面向一般用户，并非专门面向儿童。我们不会明知而通过应用收集儿童个人信息。您选择使用 Apple 服务或从境外联系我们时，相关数据可能按照服务提供方规则在其他国家或地区处理。
8. 政策更新
我们可能因功能、法律或安全要求更新本政策。重大变化会通过本页面、应用更新说明或其他适当方式告知，并在页面顶部更新生效日期。

1. Operator and scope
Filestead is provided by 北京安冬到来科技有限公司 (website brand: addlai.com, “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to the Filestead iOS app and support services related to it.
2. Data processed by the app
- Content you import: documents, photos, scans, titles, tags, categories, expiration dates, OCR text, and metadata you enter or the app extracts on your device.
- App settings: necessary preferences such as onboarding status, sync, reminders, app lock, and purchase-unlock status.
- Purchase information: Apple StoreKit provides purchase and restoration results. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Support information: if you email us, we receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to attach.
Filestead does not collect advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, or browsing history, and we do not sell personal information.
3. Storage and processing
Documents, thumbnails, OCR text, and library metadata are stored locally in the app container by default. OCR, automatic classification, and smart-field extraction run on your device and are not uploaded to our servers for those features.
If you enable iCloud sync, Filestead encrypts documents and metadata on your device before storing ciphertext in your private Apple iCloud database. The encryption key is kept in Apple Keychain, and you are responsible for safeguarding any recovery code. Apple provides iCloud under its own terms and privacy policy.
Filestead does not operate a proprietary cloud server that receives the contents of your documents.
4. Device permissions
- Camera: used only when you photograph or scan a document.
- Photos and Files: used for items you explicitly select and backups you choose to export or restore.
- Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode: the operating system returns only an authentication result; the app cannot read or store biometric data.
- Notifications: used for document-expiration reminders you configure.
- iCloud: used only for encrypted library sync after you enable it.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Apple may process data needed for iCloud, StoreKit, notifications, and system authentication when you use those features. We otherwise disclose information only when required by law, needed to protect legitimate rights, or explicitly directed by you.
6. Retention, deletion, and security
Local information remains until you delete it in the app or remove the app. If sync is enabled, encrypted records may remain in iCloud until deleted through the app or Apple's iCloud storage controls. Support emails are retained only as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations.
We use device file protection, client-side encryption, and Apple security controls, but no storage or transmission method is absolutely secure. Protect your device passcode, backup password, and Filestead recovery code.
7. Children and international processing
Filestead is a general-audience utility and is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app. Apple services or email support may process data in other countries or regions under the provider's applicable terms.
8. Changes
We may update this policy for product, legal, or security changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
