导入、整理并保护重要文档。以下内容可以帮助您解决常见问题；如仍需帮助，可以直接联系我们。
导入与扫描
- 在“文档”页面点击添加按钮。
- 从文件、照片、相机或文档扫描中选择来源。
- 在确认页保留“自动分类”，或明确选择分类/未分类。
- 确认标题与标签后保存。
您也可以在“文件”、照片、邮件或 Safari 的系统分享菜单中选择 Filestead。
iCloud 同步
- 确认设备已登录 iCloud，并为 Filestead 开启 iCloud Drive。
- 在 Filestead“设置 → iCloud 同步”中启用同步。
- 首次同步或大量 PDF 可能需要较长时间，请保持网络连接。
- 请将恢复代码保存在 Filestead 之外的安全位置。
如果新设备提示缺少密钥，请导入创建该资料库时保存的恢复代码。
备份与恢复
在“设置 → 备份”中导出加密的完整资料库备份。恢复时选择 .filesteadbackup 文件并输入创建备份时使用的密码。
重要：我们无法找回遗忘的备份密码或恢复代码。
应用锁与提醒
应用锁使用 Face ID、Touch ID 或设备密码。Filestead 不会获取您的生物识别数据。如果认证不可用，请确认设备已设置密码。
到期提醒需要通知权限。您可以在文档编辑页关闭某一文档的全部提醒，也可以在 iOS 系统设置中关闭 Filestead 通知。
常见问题
分享扩展保存失败怎么办？
请确认文件未损坏、可在原应用中打开，且单个文件不超过 250 MB、一次分享总量不超过 500 MB。尝试减少一次分享的文件数，然后重新打开 Filestead 导入队列。
为什么 OCR 或自动分类结果不准确？
请尽量使用光线均匀、文字清晰且方向正确的扫描件。手写文字、模糊照片、复杂版式和极低分辨率内容可能降低识别效果。您始终可以手动修改标题、分类、标签和智能字段。
为什么预览显示本地文件丢失？
文档记录仍在，但对应文件已不在应用存储中。请先确认 iCloud 同步已完成，或从加密备份恢复。恢复之前，应用不会允许分享不存在的文件。
删除应用会怎样？
未另行备份的本地文档可能随应用删除。启用 iCloud 同步时，加密记录可能仍保存在您的 iCloud 中。卸载前请先导出加密备份并确认密码可用。
Filestead 会上传文档进行 OCR 吗？
不会。OCR、自动分类和智能字段提取在设备上完成。只有您主动启用 iCloud 同步时，应用才会把设备端加密后的内容写入您的 iCloud 私有数据库。
English support
Import: Add documents from Files, Photos, Camera, Document Scanner, or the iOS share sheet. Leave the review page on Automatic Classification, or explicitly choose a category or Unfiled.
iCloud sync: Sign in to iCloud, enable iCloud Drive for Filestead, then turn on sync under Settings → iCloud Sync. Keep your recovery code somewhere safe outside the app.
Backup: Export an encrypted full-library backup under Settings → Backup. The backup password and recovery code cannot be recovered by us.
Troubleshooting: For share failures, verify that the source opens correctly and reduce the number or size of attachments. For missing local files, allow iCloud sync to finish or restore an encrypted backup.
